Support Services Coordinator/Case Manager – FT M-F day hrs
Coordinates the development of the Person-Centered Support Plan while monitoring the quality, adequacy & appropriateness of services, supports, & resources offered to caseload of individuals with IDD diagnosis. Bachelor’s degree (documented experience may be substituted) & minimum of six months experience working with individuals with IDD.
Work Services Coordinator – FT M-F day hrs.
Supervises staff who assist persons with I/DD in developing work skills and appropriate behaviors necessary in attaining and maintaining independent employment. A productionrelated work experience background and/or experience in working with persons with I/DD is required.
Work Services Supervisor – FT M-F day hrs.
Assisting persons served in developing work skills and the appropriate behaviors necessary in attaining and maintaining independent employment. Provide productive Career Development activities for the persons served when work is not available. The WSS is responsible for completing appropriate documentation.
Residential - FT & PT Evenings & Weekends with some overnights
Assist individuals with I/DD in their homes developing life skills that will help them to take a more active role in the community, as well as lead a more independent life assisting them with grocery shopping, laundry, housekeeping & financial skills as well as spending leisure time with them in community settings.

It became the Community Developmental Disabilities Organization (CDDO) for Douglas and Jefferson County. As the CDDO, Cottonwood is the single point of entry connecting individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities to the network of services in this area.
