Our client, a top player in the tech arena, is building out their team and looking for a Digital Content Manager on an ongoing contract basis!The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for managing various types of digital content in a web-based content management system to support world-class events and workshops in Retail stores.
This role works with a team of producers and creatives, and will own the end-to-end publishing process from asset handoff, to upload, to staging, deployment, pre/post quality assurance and validation, and ongoing maintenance.
The role will also involve working collaboratively within the Content Management team and business units to support execution and validate test cases based upon system requirements and Globalization needs.Responsibilities:Responsible for publishing delivery of Client's Retail programs, as well as day-to-day publishing activities in the face of balancing competing business customers and constantly changing business priorities.Coordinate and plan multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy against tight timelines.Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.Educating the cross-functional teams on publishing process and requirements.Supporting Geo publishing teamsReport functional bugs to technical teams and partner with them for resolution.Influence the direct evolution of publishing system feature sets.
Help define requirements that promote scalability, smart publishing practices, and intuitive UI.Participating in post-release analysis to identify wins and challenges.
Carry findings forward to continually improve future project deliveries and execution.
5 years experience with digital content management and publishing tasks using content management systems (CMS)Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magneto etc.
)Experience on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) tool is a mustExperience with content localization and multi-geo publishingAn eye for aesthetics (ability to tell when something looks right )Ability to manage multiple projects and project deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with popular content management systemsKnowledge of Adobe CC suite and other industry-standard creative and media production tools Ability to creatively solve problemsGreat interpersonal skillsA positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levelsMust exhibit high degree of ownership and accountabilityContact from a Cella, Inc employee will always come from the domain @cellainc.com and will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
